There are many different types of rodent droppings. Rodents can leave small, medium, or large droppings.
Small droppings are typically seen in areas where rats live and feed, such as behind the walls of a building or in the crevices of furniture. These droppings may be brown, black, or white and are the size of a grain of rice.
Medium droppings are larger than small droppings and can be seen near food sources, such as on top of food cans or in dumpsters. They can also be seen around active areas, such as on the ground near entrances or inside buildings.
Large droppings are the size of a basketball and can be seen near nests or activity areas.
